Hi, we have 2 areas that need mold remediation. One is under a second floor toilet, there is a stain on the dining room ceiling beneath the toilet. Leak needs to be repaired, area dries, repaired. Also, there is a leak under the kitchen sink. The floor of the kitchen sink cabinet needs to be replaced and the area dried out. We should have the results of the mold testing on those areas early this week. Since we are pretty sure there is mold, I’m starting to contact you now.
